Registered Psychologist · Camberwell & Online
For 25 years I’ve helped people through anxiety, stress, relationships and grief — with calm, evidence-based therapy that helps you find a way forward.
How I can help
Many people come in carrying pressure quietly while everything on the outside looks fine. Wherever you’re starting from, we’ll work through it together — practically, and without judgement.
Worry, panic, burnout and feeling constantly switched on.
Feeling flat, stuck or disconnected from what used to matter.
Tension, communication and reconnecting with the people who matter.
Working through loss, change and the weight of difficult transitions.
A practical, no-pressure space to talk things through and feel steadier.
Understanding the triggers and building calmer, healthier responses.
Quieting self-doubt and building a steadier sense of yourself.
Regaining clarity and momentum when life feels uncertain.
Navigating divorce, co-parenting and family change with less conflict.
Strategies for focus, follow through and managing daily load.
Managing pressure and protecting what matters outside of work.
Making sense of it all and finding the next practical step forward.
Not sure where your situation fits? That’s completely normal — get in touch and we’ll work it out together.

Practical, evidence-based steps tailored to your life and goals — so you can regain direction and feel more in control.
About John
I’ve spent most of my career working at the intersection of psychology, performance and real life, and now work with individuals who want to find clarity, regain direction and feel more in control — emotionally, mentally and practically.
I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach, and I’ll meet you where you are, then help map a path that’s realistic for your life and family.
I’ve also coached executives, led teams, taught performance psychology and business strategy, and coached my son as he competed in Paralympic sport.
Through all of it I kept coming back to the same thing — people need calm, real-world support to make sense of what they’re feeling, and to figure out what’s next.
My approach is practical and evidence-based, drawing on methods like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Positive Psychology to help you regain control of your life.
